- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2tbsp pizza sauce
- 1 cup or more breadcrumbs
- 3tbsp Maida
- 2tbsp corn flour
- 1tsp oregano
- 1egg
Method
- Boil water with pinch of turmeric. Add Cauliflower florets to the boiling water. Boil it for 4-5 minutes
- Drain water and allow the Cauliflower to dry
- Grind the Cauliflower. Now take this gobi in a bowl. Add egg salt pepper red chilli flakes oregano, cheese . Mix well. Refrigerate for 30 mins
- Add 1tbsp corn flour to Cauliflower mix and mix well
- In a shallow plate make thin flour paste with maida and 1tbsp corn flour and in another shallow plate have breadcrumbs
- Make small balls, gently roll over flour paste then breadcrumbs. These are gooey balls so handle gently, in case it loses shape, you can re-shape it. Do this until mix is completed. Refrigerate for 15 minutes
- You can fry immediately or later or next day. Heat oil in a wok. Fry on low to medium flame. Don't over fry as it contains cheese. Don't overcrowd the pan, fry in batches
- Keep it on absorbent towel to absorb excess oil. Serve hot with Sauce or ketchup
