Appe Pan Vanilla Cookies

Twist to regular cookies, instead of baking the cookies, I have made it in Appe pan ...and yup its spongy and yummy

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup all purpose flour
• 1egg
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 cup icing sugar
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1tsp vanilla extract
• Salt pinch
• Oil

Method

1. Whisk the egg.. sieve all dry ingredients
2. Mix sugar, egg milk and vanilla well.... Mix the dry ingredients and form a batter without lumps..it will be thick but of pouring consistency
3. Heat Appe pan, Add oil (1/4tsp) in each cavity, now pour the batter. cover it. Allow it cook for 3-4 mins. Flip it and cook for another 2 minutes... Do not burn them, at the same time, allow it to cook and do not scrape it
4. Vanilla cookies are ready... you can sprinkle Icing sugar or SugarCinnamon Mix or Chocolate sauce etc...

My Tip:

Best served warm...you can always warm it up before you eat and then drizzle with any toppings
